Players can change personal gamemode on Servers/LAN

When playing online on a multiplayer LAN or Server, the options for changing difficulty, etc, are available in your client settings, but should not be, for obvious reasons. In 0.16.0 Beta, the option to switch a player's game mode is available, which is not good for online gaming that has restricted gameplay, such as servers.
