Using the left click/left trigger to interact with block in creative while holding a brush breaks the block

Whenever you right click or press left trigger on an interactable block while holding a brush, sometimes it breaks the block when you are in creative mode. This isn't entirely consistent as far as I know, and may be dependent on ticks. This includes signs, crafting tables, composters, anvils, and much more.
