Black Screen Crash Only

( Samsung Galaxy S3mini ) MCPE 0.16, does not start. It only shows blackscreen and i already deleted the resource packs folder 0.15.7 works fine, i already tried downgrading and going back still crashes though. This happens on all 0.16 build. It does not show a crash message. It justs closes
