Minecraft halloween mashup textures appear white

the textures seemed to not load in properly and appear white , i tried uninstalling the game and uninstalling the texture pack too but it seems to stay the same , at the bottom there is a reference of how it looks in the marketplace (the tongue is red in the marketplace photo but not in the game , also it appears the sky is not orange either
