Cannot edit my characters/display purchased characters

My son is trying to access his characters that we’ve already bought for him. The skins will not show & the edit button is completely greyed out. This is only happening on his Nintendo Switch, his PC works fine. Why are we having this issue? Please have this fixed ASAP as we have invested into your game for both platforms.
