Tools disappearing from item inventory

The last few days I've been having tools such as silk touch pickaxe, another pickaxe, an axe and now a hoe. One of the pickaxes and the axe just reappeared in my inventory, but the other two disappeared again. As it seems, the items are disappearing in pairs. This has happened in the past with items getting stuck in the inventory, and/ or can't be moved but a simple reboot usually fixed the issue. This new one however, is not going away with a reboot.

Though the items do reappear a day or two later, which I didn't know until today, it is kind of frustrating. I spent nearly spent 100 levels remaking the pickaxe and axe, to have it reappear shortly after replacing them. 

Is this a known issue that is being working on? Do you need anything else from me? Also, it will be hard to provide screenshots of the issue since the items disappear and eventually reappear or I would attach one for you. 

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help quicken the process or aid in it. 

FYI, this is one the latest updated version of a Minecraft Bedrock (for windows) 10 person realm server.
