Involuntary teleportation

I am alone in a world I created and suddenly get teleported. I have several command blocks programmed to teleport to certain coordinates and I am being randomly teleported to one of those spots but I am not anywhere near any of those command blocks when it happens.

I do have cats walking around but I've confirmed that the teleport commands are @p and not @a.
