Fill Command Cannot Use Block Handling Or Block Types

When Use Fill Command, I Can't Select A Blockdata Or How To Fill

E.G: /Fill 62 71 36 68 71 42 Planks 1 

This Should Fill The Area With Spruce Planks But Gives The Error:

Syntax Error: Unexpected "1": At "36 Planks >>1<<" 

The Wiki has The Format I Am Using On It, And I Also Cannot use Replace As It Wants To Do Square Brackets. If I Type Square Brackets The Options Come Up So If Types, I Then Can't Say What Block To Replace
