End doesn't respond whenever I enter it.

Whenever I go through a portal to an end city, I cannot interact with anything and I have to restart my Minecraft. This also occurs when I go back through the portal where the Ender Dragon resides. I cannot interact with anything and must restart my Minecraft. This occured for me on Windows 11, Windows 10, and also on my Playstation 4.
