(PS4) Unable to join or be joined by friends

I'm currently playing on PS4 account: HasRial- connect as well with the Microsoft account HasRial2404. I'm unable to join friends with both ps4 and WIN. This only happens with the latest version, if i bring minecraft on the old version i'm able to join on ps4 and cross-platform
