Minecraft Marketplace and Character Creator refuses to load/open

Every time I open Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch, my Microsoft account will connect, but my marketplace won't open, and when hovering over the marketplace icon, it says, "Invalid session (Try restarting your game)." Also, when I try to change my skin, the dressing room opens, but refuses to load. I've been having this problem for around a month and a half, and it's really annoying not being able to use my minecoins or change my skin. I'd love a fix to this bug*, please and thank you.
