Falling Block duplication after relog

When placing a falling block on top of a boat the block will continuously 'fall' and not break. Upon reloging into the same world the falling block will create a duplicate of itself sometimes as a block and sometimes as an item. This can theoretically allow a player in survival to obtain infinite copies of the dragon egg in survival Minecraft with no cheats
