Foxes not harvesting sweet berries planted in mud.

Steps to Reproduce (from MCPE-169912):

1. Make a fenced in area where the floor is entirely Mud
2. Plant Sweet Berries on the Mud
3. Spawn Foxes

Expected Result:
The Foxes will harvest the Sweet Berries when they're fully grown.

Actual Result:
The Foxes completely ignore the Sweet Berries, even if they're fully grown.
