Certain HUD items clip into in-game models.

The crosshair, as well as the HP, hunger, and armour bars clip into blocks, as shown in the attached video. I have experienced this bug on multiple platforms, including iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. The attached video was recorded on Nintendo Switch specifically.
