crashes on older devices have 2 seperate issues

these can mostly be merged into 1 post but i can make it into 2 if i need to.

 

When tabbing to another app then back to minecraft, it aost always results in a crash.

 

also, on older aos versions, crashes will cause the entire phone to restart itself, and also unmount sd cards.
