corrupted world in 1.19.73

When trying to enter my world I get an alert saying that my world is corrupted, use backup, but I have my world saved in the app so I can't make backup copies. The point is that when I enter I have my buildings semi-destroyed and the world like when I started it, invading everything and several buildings missing.
