Bedrock Edition Decorated Pots do not match Java Edition.

The decorated pot in Minecraft Bedrock Edition appears to be missing one layer of pixels above the golden line. 

I'm not entirely sure which one is correct but I assume Java because it is centered and does look better (just my opinion though).
