Moving fast bug(multi)

(My English bad sorry)

This bug has occurred in previous versions too.(ver 1.19.70 maybe). Players who join my world move faster. No resource packs and no behavior packs. I use command blocks (and structure blocks). But there's no command that makes they walk faster. About 3 months ago they was walking normally.

By the way, when they jump, their speed becomes normal. I really don't know why.

This bug has occurred in my other world too.

※ I can walk normally.

normal walk → 5 blocks/1s   fast bug walk → about 40 blocks/1s
