Tapping a block while holding a Brush still brushes it

Issue:
Clicking the block still brushed the block.

Expected Results:
Clicking the block should not brushed the block.

Reproduce Issues:
1.Get a brush.
2.Click the block using brush.
3.As you can see the brush still brushing the block.
