Dandelions appear when bonemeal to a torch flower.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the torchflower on at least 3*3 grass blocks.

2. Interact with the torchflower while holding the bone meal. 

 

Expected results:

Instead of Dandelions, Torchflowers should grow nearby.
