Random light sources in the world

Summary:
Light sources can sometimes appear in the world. They appear randomly all over the world (in all dimensions). Reloading changes the location/removes the light sources.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import the world (20 MB) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vqUcfpiopRLQ91Z_qCTZtqB-1-cd2Nwf/view?usp=share_link
2. Set the render distance to 10 chunks.
3. Open the world.
4. Go around the completely cherry biome you spawned in (until you find the light).
   If not found, reload the world.
5. Reload the world near the found light.

Observed results:
Light sources randomly appear in the world.

Expected results:
Light sources will not appear randomly in the world.

Notes:
In the provided world, the problem only seems to happen in the cherry biome (and in some previously loaded places like spawn), but in my Realms (1.19.71) it happens everywhere in huge numbers. Realms weighs about 1 GB and the light appears very randomly, so I do not attach it here. If it is also needed, I can attach it. Also, all players of the Realms see the light (synchronously).
