Texture corrupted while playing survival

While I was playing Minecraft on my survival world there was a texture corruption when I was planting my crops and my landscape was corrupted as well with a different texture that I don't know of along with the birch saplings turning into jungle saplings along with my cornflowers being Lily of the valleys.
