Sculk sensors do not detect when chiseled bookshelf changes with using hoppers and droppers

Summary

Sculk sensors does not detected when adding or removing chiseled bookshelf with using hopper and dropper

just like MC-261261

Steps to reproduce

dropper

1. Place sculk sensor
2. Place chiseled bookshelf to long distance around
3. place dropper to near at chiseled bookshelf and put books to dropper
4. rewire Redstone at long distance line to lever
5. activate the lever --> The sculk sensors is not activated

Hopper

1. Place sculk sensor
2. Place chiseled bookshelf to long distance around
3. place hopper to top or bottom of chiseled bookshelf
4. put or drop books into hopper --> The sculk sensors is not activated
5. for taking hoppers rewire Redstone and Redstone repeater to connect each and place lever to longer Redstone line
6. activate lever to hopper's drop until book is empty -->  The sculk sensors is not activated

observed results

The sculk sensors do not detect from chiseled bookshelf changes with hoppers and droppers (Step 5A, Step 4 & 6B)

Expected behaviour

Chiseled bookshelf with dropper and hopper can should be activate sculk sensors

Note

this chiseled bookshelf with tapping by hand will just detected to sculk sensors fine
