Jungle Leaf Texture still isn't transparent on Nintendo Switch

On Nintendo Switch, jungle leaves generate with the 'Fast Leaves' texture when the 'Fancy Leaves' toggle is turned on - not matching their item texture - despite being apparently a resolved bug here on Mojira.
