Shift swimming on Mud and Soul Sand creates x-ray

Summary:
After fixing "The player’s camera no longer appears inside blocks when sprint and swim are held (MCPE-166565)", the camera when swimming with crouching on the mud and soul sand enters blocks and creates x-ray.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn on "Short Sneaking".
2. Place the Mud and Soul Sand under water.
3. Hold Crouch while being underwater.
4. Start swimming.

Observed results:
The camera enters Mud and Soul Sand and creates x-ray.

Expected results:
The camera does not get to Mud and Soul Sand.
