Block cursor placement bug

On my ps4 I go to place blocks such as making a floor or a roof or maybe even placing stairs whenever I’m placing a block my cursor will be on the block that I need to have a block placed on, however when I place the outline box is on a block either above beside or below of my targeted block so when I go to place it places in the wrong spot, the game seems to actually have my cursor in the same spot if I were standing even while I’m crouching fix that please, also whenever placing a liquid sometimes it has a chance to pick back up instantly or place back instantly.
