Blocks stacked below block placed

I've had blocks placing underneath a placed block, just stacking down even though I'm not pointed below. I don't know best how to describe it so I attached a video. This shows it happening in the nether but I have had it happen with other blocks, too.

I'm on my bedrock realm, playing on an Xbox One.
