Wildlife: Arctic update not working.

I'm not sure if the affect versions is right. I don't even know what that is. But the wildlife: Arctic was purchased and downloaded but then stated it needed updated before a new world was created. I updated it and it downloaded but it's still saying it needs updated so it won't allow me to create a new world.
