No structures generated

I have a Linux server with an old pre 1.17 seed map, I've moved to new chunks but no structure are generated. No villages, no shipwrecks, no ruined portals, no pillager outposts, NOTHING.

According to www.chunkbase.com website, with my seed 1167237558 and my new coordinates (14000x, 400z) I should find plenty of structures, but the explored map is completely empty
