Items on half blocks doesn't move by water force

Items which are dropped on all non-full (half) blocks like dirt path, soul sand, honey block, cannot be moved by using water force. I have built a huge scale food farm using dispenser with water. Today while using it, the water force removed the food and seeds, but not brought it down to the collection system. It's a bad bug, please fix it soon. Or else my farm would be a waste of time 😞
