XBox One Split Screen/Multiplayer Performance Issues and Lagging on 1.19.70

When using split screen multiplayer, simple functions (digging dirt, opening inventory, walking) performed by players creates significant lag and performance issues for all multiplayers not related to hardware.  No changes in hardware before and after 1.19.70.  Issues persist in 1.19.71.

Xbox One (world created from 1.19)
