Problème de Connexion a une survie

Hi, i have a probleme to connect to a survival made with friends. When i want to lauch the survival, the loading stay stuck at the "terrain generation", i can't do anything when it's happend.

I can't come back to the menu, and the background stop moving. Only The music stay. I tryed a lot of things but it didn't work, so please help me.
