Cheats turning on by itself

I have tried to get this out before about cheats turning on by themselves and it needed some more info so all i can say is that the wourld is a year old and only 6 days ago the cheats where turned on when I the owner went into the setting i have not been in the settings before and no one else in the wourld had permissions to turn on cheats i know nothing else of the glitch you guys have asked to send the wourld how could I do that on a Xbox?
