Modify custom controls button is not working. As I am touch player it is very bad for me

As I am a touch player it is a great feature "Modify custom control"

Go to settings -> Touch control

Click on Modify control layout

New screen appears

When i click on this button simple play screen appears in which buttons cannot move through screen.

That's it the problem

Please fix it mojang team
