Command blocks unrecognised

When I type in for eg. /fill 80 68 12 159 69 40 concrete 15 it’s no longer working it’s coming up with syntax error. I have also tried the same but with black_concrete rather than concrete 15 still had no luck. It says my report last night was resolved but it hasn’t been.
