The angle at which items from Suspicious Sand/Suspicious Gravel block spawn is negligible or not at all. A small angle seems to be visible when the item appears from the sides, but this is very different from Java.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find suspicious sand/gravel.
2. Brush it from different sides.

Observed results:
Item spawn straight in relation to sand/gravel.

Expected results:
The item will appear at a slight but noticeable angle (like in Java).
