An error in the inventory after crafting something

I have a very annoying error that has been hurting and bothering me for a long time, I thought it was a multiplayer bug because sometimes there is lag due to our connection, but it also happens when I play alone and after creating something on the console crafting or inventory crashes, I have to close and open inventory again because I can't place and grab anything and it's super annoying
