getting kicked out of world due to being "almost out of data storage space"

have been trying to play my main world for weeks but every time I get on I can only play for about 15min till this purple and black checkered image appears, claiming that I am out of storage space and cannot save my progress, I have tried to delete worlds to make space, reset the game, delete and reinstall, and hard reset the console, but none of these help the issue. I was told my Minecraft support to report this issue on this bug tracker site to resolve the issue
