Gamer tag doesn’t show up

the gamer tag of my friends doesn’t show up when a block is between us and the option to able/unable is on, so we tried to do it in another world and it is the same, we can’t see the gamer tag of each other. That’s why I’m trying to report this, at the last version (1.19.63)  it wasn’t happening but now in the new version (1.19.70) it is happening.
