Won't load past 66% on xbox

Game won't load after 66% on one xbox

But will open on other xbox in the house.

Haven't been able to go on last few days, version 

Is 1.19.70.

Very frustrating, I've tried everything and am now thinking it's a bug

When is this likely to be fixed?

First bug I've encountered and it's obviously very 

Severe to stop me playing.
