Can't connect Hopper with any block

Dear Minecraft,

There is a big problem in this update

We can't connect Hopper with chest by sneaking and we can't place block on chest,furnace,Hopper, crafting table etc.

And in this update we can't go under half slab block as u can see in my clip please solve this issue and sometimes pearl or chorus fruit were glitched the game by using them for any kind of teleportation thankyou.
