minecraft loading screen stuck at 66 percent in version 1.19.70

fond bug, booted up mine craft and the loading progress screen flashed to 71% and then to 66% and has been stuck ther for over an hour i have tried restarting the game , restarting the consoles and reinstalling the game and still has this issue
