Villagers only trade at level 1 regardless of how much trading they do

Villagers do not unlock any trades after level 1.

Steps:

1. Survival World
2. find village
3. locate villager
4. trade with them enough to fill trade XP bar and upgrade them to level 2
5. See how XP bar does not fill up past live 1

Expected:  Villagers level 2 trades to unlock
