Jungle leaves in cold biomes are red

Jungle leaves placed or grown in cold biomes such as the cold taiga have red lines on some sides with other sides being completely red. The jungle leaves should normally have a tint to match the biome but is red instead. Only the jungle leaves are affected by the issue.
