Tridents are disappearing from trident killers

It seems like MCPE-141539 has come back. Whenever I move far enough away from a trident lodged in the ground, it just vanishes. I'm not sure if it's the exact same as MCPE-141539, or if something else is causing this. All I know is that tridents that are in the ground are disappearing when the shouldn't be.
