Torch Bug still annoying :(

When i try to put a torch in the floor surrounded by walls, it can´t be placed in the floors, just it can be placed next to the wall. This happens on survival and creative mode. This bug still affects since 0.6.0

NOTE: I have the 0.6.1 in my device
