Casting/reeling fishing rod has no sound

NOTE : So if any of u start saying invalid I am creating new report because I am able to reproduce this issue again so I created new ticket for better summary of this issue MCPE-22189.
Hope you will understand of why I create this report.

Issue : Reeling/casting fishing rod has no sound.
Expected Results : Reeling/casting fishing rod should have sound.

Reproduce Issue :
1.Get a fishing rod.
2.Try to get a fish.
3.Reel the fishing rod and as you can see the casting/reeling sound is missing when catching an item or a fish.

(NOTE : You can also use any enchantment for the fishing rod to reproduce this issue)
