Block state autocomplete suggests states that were already typed

How to reproduce

/setblock ~ ~ ~ oak_log ["pillar_axis":"x",

Press tab

Expected result
Nothing should happen

Actual result
pillar_axis is added a second time. Duplicate state names should be a syntax error.
