character creator items not appearing

in character creator, sometimes they don't have all of the bases, hair, eyes, mouth, tops, bottoms, outerwears, headwears, gloves & footwears, along with face items and back items. if there is a way to fix this please do because i don't like not having all of my items. thanks!
