State of the hanging signs under the Decorated pot does not correspond to the Java

Summary:
In Bedrock hanging signs placed underneath Decorated pot will be placed in the state with two unconnected chains. In Java the hanging signs is placed with the two chains connected in a Λ-shape. honey block - MCPE-164678

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a Decorated pot in the air.
2. Place a hanging sign underneath Decorated pot.

Observed results:
The hanging sign placed in the state with two unconnected chains.

Expected results:
It is instead placed with the two chains connected in a Λ-shape.
